Help with new business please!!!

I'm sure there are many new and established entrepreneurs here. I'm planning to start a new apparel brand for women. Please help me with this - whatever you have that can get me started. Appreciate everyone's help. No negative or discouraging comments (disclaimer just in case, I came across more awesome women than bullies on this forum, so I really didn't need it. Again, just in case).
