Stumped on ideas

Trying to think of something to get my husband for christmas and can't come up with any good ideas.

What little stuff was on his list have already been purchased by other people. Don't want to spend a ton but he deserves something special. (Don't want to do lingerie or a sexy photo shoot cause I'm not comfortable with myself)

Alittle about him...Loves hunting, fishing, outdoors. Has ps3 but rarely plays. We've been together 8 years, married since april, & have a 2 1/2 year old.

Only a week til chirstmas....HELP!!!
