Different Clothes at Outlets?

I was wondering if Carter's/Gap/Gymboree/children's place/OshKosh outlets have anything different than the regular stores or online? My daughter has grown faster than we anticipated and I'm looking for new styles to buy a second winter wordrobe 🙄 lol ...anyway don't really want to go out in the cold unless it's worth it.

The Carters/oshkosh stores are technically all outlets and have the same merchandise as online. I found that out when I was there recently
