Help anyone?

My significant other & I have been trying for a year now with no results. My cycle is always the same just about. He is on medication for his heart & I think that is our a issue. Has anyone had the same problem? He can't get off his medicine so any helpful hints would be tremendous. I look forward to seeing your alls response.
