Hey guys. I am 5 weeks pregnant based on LMP. Today while I was napping(I've been absolutely exhausted) I woke up to strong cramps in my right side and I went to the bathroom and noticed spotting when I wiped. I got scared and called the doctor, the had me come in and done an US and really not much was seen. My uterine lining is very thick which is good and I have a small pocket of fluid which she believes could be the beginning of a gestational sac. I had labs today and labs Saturday to see how my levels look. Doctor wasn't too concerned about not seeing much right apparently if your hcg isn't above a certain amount then you will not see anything on US. Anyway I am optimistic but nervous and would appreciate any thoughts and prayers that everything with my levels look and double the right way.
