Eye looks ughhh

So I can watch like a thousand tutorials and use the same exact brand and colors, the only thing I'm not using the same I'd the really expensive brushes they use but I can never get my eye color to be vibrant and well blended, it just turns into a smeared mess of one color. Please help with any tips lol
