HCG okay?

Question

So yesterday I got my HCG results for 14 dpo, 4 weeks pregnant. They were 45. She said they were lower than they like to see so I have to go in on Monday to make sure they're rising. I need someone to help me relax! Lol. Do my lines look like they're getting darker? This is my first pregnancy and I'm so scared. It took us over a year and we want this baby so badly. I also don't drink that much throughout the day (I'm trying to do better) so maybe that has something to do with it? I read somewhere if you're dehydrated, your HCG rises slowly. Thank you for any input!!

First off, congratulations! 
The test that says 15 looks darker to me than the others. I'm not a doctor, but I would think that the lines getting darker means the hcg is stronger now. I haven't heard that drinking water helps increase hcg, but it definitely doesn't hurt. 
As far as your levels, they are supposed to double every 2 days or so. My doctor told me as long as the initial blood test is about 50 and when they check it again it's over 100 than you are fine. You being at 45 on your very first one seems like your pretty much on track. I've read about women being at 38 on the first test and still delievering their babies to term. 
My initial test at 3wk6d was 145 and then two days later it was 359. I'm only mentioning mine because she said the numbers don't matter as long as they are doubling and getting higher. The truth is you can't compare to others because they could have multiples and not know it yet.
