My poor guy has a cough 😣 anyone else dealing with this?

My 4 month old started with a runny nose, now he has a cough. I feel bad for him. Idk what to do since he's so little. Anyone else dealing with this?

If it doesn't improve, please see your pediatrician. My daughter had what I thought was another cold and after 5 days wasn't showing much improvement. I took her in because her cough and congestion were so bad it was affecting her ability to swallow. Turns out that she had RSV and they prescribed her a nebulizer for her cough and congestion. It's viral, so it needs time to run its course. But it wasn't just a standard cold and she needed a little more help in addition to the things I was already doing (saline nasal drops, nose sucker, baby Tylenol for fever, humidifier, elevating her crib). The nebulizer helped tremendously and she kicked the virus after 9 days. Just be aware that it may not be just a cold.

I had that and hers got bad it turned into rsv so I  would go get that stuff checked

Our little guy went through this a couple weeks ago. I put a blanket under his mattress to elevate it, cool mist humidifier, saline & the nose frida. Good luck, hope he's feeling better soon

Yea about a week ago. We run the cool mist humidifier nightly & it's helped a lot. He's good to go now
