Fluconazole (Diflucan) during pregnancy?

Has anyone taken Diflucan (fluconazole) during pregnancy? I've read it's not safe for the baby but I just saw bat my OB sent the order to my pharmacy.

I've been dealing with recurring BV and yeast but have only used Flagyl and Monistat 7 so far.

My doc said it's not ok and to use Monistat 7.  Quick look shows it's a category c or d drug depending on dose. :-/ if skip it if it was me.
