Just wondering.. lets say im pregnant 4 weeks and i take emergency contraception will that lead to abortion? Or abnormal baby? Curious p.s not pregnant Or

If you're already pregnant it's not going to work.

Plan B will NOT terminate an existing pregnancy. It delays ovulation to prevent the egg from being fertilized in the first place.
You would need to go see a doctor and get an abortion. They would most likely give you a medical abortion (aka the abortion pill) if you're only 4 weeks along.
