Cholestasis... anybody else?

Question

Hello!
I'm 22w5d and I got a call from my OBGYN today, with my blood test results, and it turns out I have Cholestasis of Prenancy.
So far, I'm stressed and worried about my baby... but kind of glad I had early symptoms and my baby and I will be taken care of before. Btw, she decided to run the tests as I told her during my last appointment that I've been feeling very itchy.
Anybody else on the same boat?

Hey Michelle, sorry the tests ended up being positive! 😢 But like you said, definitely a blessing that you caught it early. I haven't had it myself but my friend did & she was just monitored really closely by her dr (pretty sure she had scans/checks every 2 weeks) and then she was induced at 36 weeks and her baby is now almost one! He was completely fine & her itching stopped right after delivery 😊 Try not to stress too much x
