Not sure if Dr. just let the gender slip :/

Hubby and I have gone 36 weeks without knowing the gender and I 100% planned on keeping it that way. Today at my appointment My Dr. said "it" once and then all of a sudden switched to "her" and "she". I don't know if she actually knows and is saying it or if she was just being general but now I just feel so bummed. I was looking forward to the surprise and hearing my hubby announce it after birth 😞
