I was drinking up until a couple days before I got my bfp and by then I was almost 4 weeks along 😳 I'm 27 weeks now and have had a healthy easy pregnancy and no birth defects in my screenings/ultrasounds so I think you'll be just fine even if you end up getting your bfp in a couple days 😊
