Dermatophagia
Ever since I was little I've had a really bad finger nail biting habit. And also biting/eating the skin around my nails... I just found out there's a name for it.
Is this weird? Or is it pretty common?
I CANNOT stop doing it, I've tried everything so many times... I'm embarrassed to show my fingers/hands because it's ugly. And they bleed.
