Hair Bleaching Horror Story. Someone help!
So recently I dyed my hair blonde except for my roots.(I'm a dark brunette) I was in love w how it looked so I decided to do my roots as well. Long story short they turned banana yellow and I freaked out. I asked my aunts hairstylist, who always does her hair and it comes out beautifully, if she could possibly fix it.(I'm going out of town w my boyfriend to see his family) of course she said yes and I was excited to get it fixed. We go to the professional beauty store to get all the supplies to do my hair. By this point I'm excited and she's telling me how great it's going to look and how great she is. We get to my aunts house and immediately she starts doing my hair, she puts the bleach in my hair and says it's going to tingle a little bit but if it burns let me know. I feel it tingling on my forehead so I let her know and she says it's completely normal. The pain starts to kick in a ton more as she's getting done w my hair and I start to panic a little. I didn't realize it was actually burning. So she looks at my forehead and says why didn't you tell me you had chemical burns! I reply saying I didn't know I had them! She continues to say how I caused the burns since I did my own hair at home. Now I really start to freak out. She then rinses my hair still using force pulling my hair in different directions as she's rinsing it. She finishes up toning my hair and putting leave in conditioner. Once she's done I go to the mirror to look at my hair and I like the color but then I see the chemical burns on my forehead. I then proceed to ask how to treat these and she tells me to put Vaseline on it, which I searched up and that's the #1 thing you shouldn't do. It's been two days and I haven't paid her yet and don't know if I should or not. My head hurts and my burns hurt. She had no empathy towards me and hurried to leave. I don't know what to do or how to treat this. If anyone could help I would greatly appreciate it. I will insert a picture of my forehead
burns and a picture of my scalp which seems to be compteley raw. I'm scared to even touch or brush my hair. Thanks if you read this whole thing.
