what could it be ????

Well it's a picture of my daughter.. I just notice it today and i never seen it until today.. I went online searching and they keep bringing up herpes and cancer and all this other stuff that I know my daughter do not have. I'm getting nervous and scared cause I don't want anything to happen to my baby. She's only 3 years old. It's a bump inside her lip. It was one at first but now i see it's about 3 tiny ones on her lip in the inside. She don't have any rashes on her tongue none on her vagina area.    So do has anybody dealt with this before ??
