Pressure and sharp pain

Im currently 38&1 and have felt pressure and sharp cervical pain all day like I just got checked. But I havent been checked since Monday! Which I was 3cm then. Im thinking I might be 4 by now. Hoping this babe will be here before the 29th! Anyone else feeling similar at 38wks?
