7 weeks postpartum, no period yet. Could I be pregnant?

I completely stopped bleeding around 3 weeks pp and started having sex using only the pullout method at 2 weeks pp. Once he was 'unsure' if he got any in me. I spotted light pink at 4/5ish weeks pp only when I wiped I thought I was starting my period or my pp bleeding was starting up again but it stopped after a day
Could I be pregnant again this soon? I had a csection and I'm formula feeding

You definitely could be. My co-worker found out she was six months pregnant when her baby was only seven months and is giving birth again next month. Don't use the pull out method and get on birthcontrol if you don't want another baby.

I don't mean to sound harsh, but why the hell would you think the pull out method would be a good idea? That's something a 15 year old would say. You are more fertile after you've given birth. For God sake why wouldn't you just use a condom. It is absolutely possible for you to be pregnant again. I'm personally terrified to have sex even with a condom for that very reason. After how easily I got pregnant the first time (wham bam one and done) I don't even want to think about how easy it would be now. Are you ready for another baby? If not you shouldn't be playing with fire...

I had on and off bleeding until around 8 weeks , got my period at 3 months pp

It's unlikely that you're pregnant, especially if you're breastfeeding. But like others have said, take a test to be sure, and use a more effective form of birth control if you don't want another baby at the moment. Good luck to you!
