I have a autoimmune diseases and im pregnant anyone have problems

This is my second pregnancy👶andi have a 4yr old daughter 👧as well but I'm a little nervous this go around do to the autoimmune diseases...... I have RA and sjogren I'm only 8weeks anybody have/had any problems, did your baby come out healthy..... I don't want to tell my daughter because I don't want to get her hopes up .....
