Frustrated

Late on af and taken tests but all negative. I have pcos so I know it's is going to be difficult to concieve with out the help of doctors but I want to do this in my own. Any advice from others who have pcos?? I I've had surgery to remove a large cyst but have asked to have a doctor go in and remove the small ones but have been told they are not bad enough yet. Just looking for some advice
