what cold medicines are safe to take while breastfeeding?
I asked the doctor they said nothing with Sudafed or something like that..no nasal decongestant. No Codeine.
I bought some robitussin but it hasn't seemed to help much with my sneezing. I just feel like I'm catching a really bad cold I keep sneezing and a little bit of coughing... anyways, they said some medicines can reduce milk supply and I don't want that. So can anyone give me some names of some over the counter medicine I can take for a cold that won't effect my breast milk or milk supply? Thanks!!
