I just couldn't do it anymore (Kind of long)

Cami • Mommy to the beautiful Piper Quinn and Miss Eden Faye will join us February 12th!
I was scheduled for an Induction on Friday December 16th, 2016 at 10am. I went in for my induction and my Dr incerted csytotech at noon to help kick start labor. I started having contractions shortly after. They didn't start off too painful and but they got to the point where they were coming one after another and I couldn't catch a break. After laboring like that for 6 hours I reached a 2. I needed a break so I asked for the epidural. My water broke during getting the epidural and then my contractions really kicked in. There was a spot in my back that the epidural didn't work on so I was still feeling intense and almost constant contractions in that spot. I labored like this nonstop for almost 16 more hours. Finally I told my dr I couldn't take it anymore. I was fully dilated at this point so we decided to try to push. I pushed for over an hour and got absolutely nowhere. Baby was not moving down at all. My dr gave me the option of pushing another hour or going ahead with a c section. My fiancé and I talked it over and decided on surgery. We were instantly prepped and taken into the operating room and our beautiful baby girl was born at 7:50 am. We found out immediately why my pushing was getting nowhere. My daughters head was too big and my pelvis was too small. Her head got stuck in the top of my pelvis. My Dr. said there was no way I could have ever delivered her naturally. My daughter is safe and 110% healthy!
