early pregnancy symptoms at 3-4 weeks pregnant?

So I have feeling nauseous and having really bad heart burn and spotted for it and was light pink. Is that an early sign of pregnancy? I have also had stomach pain and diarrhea. I probably am sick or something but my doctor said it sounds like I could be pregnant and to test soon and I did and came out negative and I don't start supposedly until eight more days.
