Weight loss definitely is an option for getting rid of neck rolls but there are other things can help you as well. Make sure you have a good posture. That means no slouching your back or your neck when you're sitting! Also, I know that a lot of people do this but do not rub down from your chin toward the ground when applying creams and such! This causes wrinkles and sagging which sort of resembles neck rolls. Apply your products up toward your chin. Drinking enough water is super important too! I know it's cliche of me to say this but it's very true. Even if you're not trying to lose weight or do anything else, drinking enough water can change many things. Healthier hair, skin, nails.. healthy body, healthy mind. 💕 Good luck!
