I have PCOS. NOW WHAT?

I have known that I have PCOS for ten years now. I have been TTC baby #1 for 4 years. I have done three rounds of Clomid with no success. We are going back in to talk with the dr about next steps. I am just so sick of feeling like I am walking through a maze with a blind fold. I would love to hear from others who have PCOS. if you can give me stories/info please do!

I have pcos and tried for 6 years to conceive naturally. I went to my obgyn and he put me on femara and I conceived in 5 cycles. I miscarried after an accident and then started trying again and conceived within 7 cycles. I am only 8 weeks now and won't have my first appointment until almost 10 weeks so hopefully everything is OK. I am 39
