pregnant? after 5 chemical pregnancies??

Ok so until a month ago I was taking birth control to try and stop my periods, after several chemical pregnancies....  which the birth control did not stop my periods it made them come sooner than they used to I've always had a 28 day cycle. Well since being on birth control I've had an average of 22-23 day cycles. So on nov 26th I had a period that lasted until dec 4th very long one (I'm assuming bc I stopped my birth control) my boyfriend and I have had sex pretty much non stop and all of my apps say I'm due to have a period dec 19th. Which is tomorrow. I think I ovulated on dec 8th bc I had egg white stretchy CM that day. I'm going to pick up a pregnancy test to take tomorrow morning. I've been craving orange juice and beef jerky lol!! Exhausted, peeing a lot, itchy nipples, I've been having mild pains on my left side near my ovary. But I've had two csections, and it's kinda near my scar more than my ovary.. I'm currently on cycle day 23 today. Opinions on if that sounds right to everyone? I don't usually track when I ovulate, I kinda just watch my CM. How else can I tell is there a difference with our cervix when your pregnant opposed to when your not or about to have a period?  I don't feel like I'm gonna start anytime soon as I usually cramp a day or two before I start I'm not bloated but when I push down above my pubic bone it's all very tender
