How do I tell them?

I just found out we're expecting our second baby after almost a year of ttc! I told my husband by having our son take him an ornament that I had painted with the news written on it! We are wanting to surprise both off our families but seperately somehow on Christmas eve and Christmas day!! Any ideas ladies? TIA!!!
