pains

So im 38 weeks today and i have been having this pain on my ribs under my boobs. Now idk why it is that but is it cause the baby not dropped yet or could it just be all my insides smushed? This is the first time im going to push my baby out i had to get emergency c section for my other children due to breech and weight. Please let me know if i should be worried or not THANKS
