Strange cramps?

Anyone else get cramps and feel like you need to use the bathroom? ? Sorry TMI

Yes! I get bad cramps / pain and I get so worried and then immediately have to go to the bathroom and it goes away

Yes.  It happens to me the day after I take my anti nausea medication:  zofran.  I will get pretty intense cramping and have the urge to use the bathroom when laying down.  Then once I'm sitting on the toilet and try to push...nothing wants to come out.  This happens for half the day until finally BAM.....it just alll flows out.
