What are some tips you ladies can give me on conceiving this month? i tried preseed one month but after it not working the first month i stopped using it. I've been trying for about 17 months, i was tested to see if i had any health problems that prevented me from conceiving and my doctor said i was overall healthy. i did have a cyst removed from my left ovary September of last year and my ovary is still in tact and i had another cyst removed last month from my right ovary. so i believe my ovaries are clean now. My husband leaves for deployment towards the end of next month and he's wanted this baby so bad, i was so disappointed not being able to give him this christmas gift of being a father but hopefully i can give him the surprise before he leaves! Please any advice would be appreciated.
