My LO has many red dot/small red patch on his front body as shown in photo, is this heat rash?

Nope, his not sick nor having fever. Don think its itchy as well cos his not scratching or rub it. Its just like small red patch around his front body. His face also has pimples red patch which often comes and goes within 2 to 3 days

I think mine has same I took mine to the ER at the beginning of the week they said contact dermatitis and then I took to Dr she said it's a rash to the state air. But now it looks like this. And I'm worried.

Could be a heat rash, but I've never seen one that bad. The bigger bumps are questionable. Has he taken anything? Is he itching? Running any fever? I don't know if I wouldn't take him and get him checked out.

That looks worse then the heat rashes my son gets. Poor little guy:/

Looks like a heat rash. My little guy would get those after he was sick. My doctor had said its common for little ones. Has he or she been sick? If you are worried call your dr and speak to one of the nurses
