Am i doing something wrong?

1 year without the pill, 1 miscarriage and no sign of baby... should i be doing something more?

I would start with going to the doctor. If you have tracked your cycle at least 6 months, I would start looking for reasons you are not conceiving. It took a 18months ttc and 2 miscarriages before I could get a doctor to take us seriously. More blood tests than I can count, an HSG, ultrasound and Laparoscopic surgery later, they found endometriosis on my uterus and that I have Hashimotos with a minor clotting disorder. Find a good family oriented doctor that will be supportive in getting you the care you need!
