Could I be or am I just hoping too much?

I am 4 days late but I have been having cramps for the past two weeks. I have never been this late. I have also had sore nipples and nausea. My husband says there is a chance I am pregnant. Has anyone else dealt with this and been pregnant or am I just hoping too much?
