Is it normal to have pressure in the rectum at 14 weeks pregnant? I haven't went poop in over a week.(sorry tmi)

Common, but not a good thing if you want to avoid hemorrhoids.  Drink lots of water. Eat foods rich in fiber, and maybe even take something to add fiber (talk to your doc about which one).  Colace or another stool softener.
