Okay I have no idea why my idiot self did this but I took two birth control pills yesterday. Does that mean I should continue as normal and just taken another pill today or skip today? The doubled hormones are affecting my nipples😳 I woke up and they were hard and swollen and they hurt. I did read the directions and it only talks about missing a pill not taking two.
