back pain at 5weeks ADVICE PLEASE

I have an apt. Set for this Wednesday with my doctor I just found out I was pregnant dec. 17th I've always had back problems but seems like since I found out it's gotten worse and I'm trying to stay off the internet (because we all know how that goes when something is wrong with you) has anyone else experience back pain early in their pregnancy!??
