haven't conceived after 10 months 😞

My husband and I have been TTC for ten months now. It would be our second together, my third. I started taking ovulation tests and I can't seem to find any point in time during the month of actually being fertile. I have a period every month. Is it time to call a dr? Or has someone experiences similar situations and then magically became pregnant?
