Sleep duration: how to log on Glow?

Andrea • Got my first BFP at 14dpo (vvvfl 🔝) on cycle #2 for baby #1. Baby is due on October 6th 2017! ❤
Should I log the sleep from Sunday night on Sunday or Monday? Do you guys log each day at the end of the day or the day after? I'm a little confused 🤷‍♀️... Thanks ladies for responding.
