Days 1-2 - low estrogen, fatigue, cramps. 
                - exercise gently
Days 3-5 - period ends, estrogen increases, energy rises
Days 6-9 - face looks more symmetrical, skin glows, increase in testosterone, quick on feet, getting things done, taking initiative
Days 10-13 - estrogen peaks, sexiest and most fertile, orgasms most intense, optimistic and social
Day 14 - ovulation 
Days 15-18 - hormone changes, intensified emotions, tiredness
Days 19-22 - estrogen drops, testosterone surges, excess oil = face breaks out, sensitive skin
Days 23-25 - high progesterone, bloating, lower sex drive, low motivation
Days 26-28 - breast soreness, stay hydrated, eat well, exercise, lower caffeine intake
