Acid Reflux
Anyone have good solutions for acid reflux? I have it and it is soooooo bad! Don't want to take meds bc we are ttc but it's just awful :(. Been trying the apple cider vinegar thing. It's kind of hit or miss. Works some days and hurts others. Help, I'm desperate!
