so anxious for mirena insertion..please help!

Hi everyone. So tomorrow I'm going to my local family clinic. I am thinking of getting the IUD inserted again after getting removed after my regular doctor convinced me having something in my uterus was not good. I thought I was set on Nexplanon but I honestly don't want that. My first insertion of mirena was so bad I dread getting it again. I want to cry thinking about it but I need a method I can trust. Is there anything to ease my anxiety? I just want to cry thinking about it. I've also had Skyla and it came out. Skyla was actually so much more worse than mirena.
