Hi today I'm 7 weeks and I have no symptoms at all is that normal I'm scared at 4 weeks I went for my first appointment n I got blood work done n I went back to the doctor last week n my doctor told me my hormone level was low maybe cause I was to early in pregnancy but she told me not to worry as long as I don't bleed
