What birth control are you on?

What birth control are you ladies on, and would you recommend it? 
I was on the implanon (bar, rod, implant. whatever its called in your neck of the woods)
And it made my periods veeery out of wack, and unpredictable.. 
Need a new type of birth control for after baby comes.

Avoid depo at all costs! I'll probably get the patch after baby.

My husband has a scheduled vasectomy for after I give birth. We have a good sized family and are done having more kids so we decided this was best for us. 
I've been on the depo which caused weight gain, and mood swings and the mini pills which I barely remembered to take on time. My sister in law has the bar and bleed for nearly 3 months before she had it removed. My sister had the Miranda which got dislodged and went through her uterus and had to be surgically removed... my other sister got pregnant while taking the pill... my family hasn't had the best of luck with birth control

I was on depo for five years. I did not have any problems. I had no periods, my bone density was fine, and I gained no weight. It was perfect for me. After depo I switched to pill because I knew I wanted a family soon. I stayed on pill three months. When I stopped pill I was pregnant one month later. I had no problem with the pill either. I wan on the brand Portia.

Am going back on the iud morena few 2 months periods wher heavy and then it got better. Loved it. Got pregnant the same month I took it out

I had the Skyla iud and I loved it! I got a period every month for about 3 months after getting it and then no longer got a period (so happy!!!) and then I got it taken out after the 3 years was up and was Ttc again and got my period back with the first month of having it out and the following month I found out I was pregnant, and it is what I plan on going back on after I have my little girl this month

I was on the pill for 9 years. Didn't have any issues.
