HELP!!! Concerned expecting mother to be

I just went to the bathroom and found that I'm bleeding. It's light pink blood is this anything to be concerned about. I'm 7 weeks 4 days and this is our first baby. I'm also cramping as well. They started off light but now they are more painful and come and go constantly. I don't wanna our baby. We've been trying for almost 3 years. 😢
