Don't know how to read this
... its my first time taking an ovulation test... just took a pregnancy test and it was negative after being 12 days late?!?! Please help!!!

Thats very positive! U could be ovulating and its possible u arent late for af at all, but if u have already ov'd, then this is just a normal surge. They happen in the luteal phase, esp right before af arrives. Track temps if u arent already, then u'll know if u have ov'd or not. These tests only tell u when u may attempt it, not confirm if u have.

My OBGYN only recommends Clear Blue. I love the Clear Blue Digital as it shows you a flashing smiley face when you are close to ovulation and a stagnant smiley face when you ovulate. Thus making it clear when you are doing what.

The test line needs to be as dark or darker than the control line for a positive. Looks like you are getting close.
