What do you tell your boss and work friends when you're out? I'm typically absent from work 3-4 days a year, so having to be out 2 days (one to receive the sperm shipment and one to have the <a href="https://glowing.com/glow-fertility-program">IUI</a>) a month until I get my BFP is going to be noticeable! My first treatment was over Christmas break, so I didn't have to worry. I've told two close friends at work, but what do I tell my other friends about why I'm out? I don't want everyone to know.
