So I was pregnant in late August and miscarried in early September. My sign for it was implantion bleeding . My partner and I have been trying to conceive again , my last period started around the 15 or 16th of November and ended November 22 . I haven't gotten my period my boobs feel swollen , my back aches , I had heartburn for one day , and I'm so tired and lazy . Also I have PCOS  . I don't know if I'm pregnant or not I took a test 2 days ago in the evening it was negative , I know it's best to do it in the morning your first pee but last time I was pregnant I took it in the evening and it was positive.Can I be pregnant ? I'm so nervous to take it .
