5 weeks & Bleeding

I found out super early that I was pregnant. I had 3 positive tests 3 days before my period was due An hcg blood results came back i was pregnant. Straight away I had tender breasts and could not handle any smells, always tired. Up until yesterday where I felt normal.last night I had pinkish spotting when I wiped then a few hours later it got worse almost like a actual period . This morning my midwife got me in for an emergency scan an they couldn't see anything not even a sac. But telling me not to stress yet as my dates say I'm 5weeks 3days it's common to not see anything.

I feel so empty right now. Has anyone been through this An still had a wee baby through it all
