BF VS FAM

My boyfriend of bearly 3 years wants to finish school here in KY and I want to get my associates here in KY. My parents are moving to San Jose here soon. That will mean my entire family is in San Jose. If I move with my family I will have no way of seeing the man who I have plans to marry (he is on the same page as me). But if I stay here then I will not see my family. Some may say I can visit my family but growing up my parents were long distance in San Jose and KY and saw each other once a year every few years. Not frequently. I know financially I will be in the same situation. I try to compromise, to talk, and try to understand why he won't move with me, but he is stubborn and never tells me his perspective. It is making me so annoyed and sad.
