Depo shot?

I'm leaning towards more the depo shot.. Anyone get the depo? How was your experience?

I had the crazy moods of a pregnant women when I was on it. Also it took years for my period to start after getting off of it, because of this I couldnt conceive. I gained weight, fast. The only benefit for me was not having a period.

I had it and now I call it the devil shot .. worst BC ever .. made my hormones go crazy !

I had it for three years I loved it except for the fact that it made me gain a lot of weight, I went from 130 to 175LB. Now that I had my baby I'm looking into a different birth control.

I've had a lot of mixed feelings about this cause some people say it was great and others not so much. I just really don't want the implant or the pill

Depo makes me eat WAY too much junk. It's hard for me to get the rest of my weight off when I'm on depo. I'm getting my tubes tied in a couple weeks.

I was on it for 2 years, I didn't have any side effects from it and I really liked it. I didn't have a period while on it and it did take around 4-5 months for me to get my period back after I got off of it, but I liked it and plan on getting the depo shot as soon as I can.

I've only had it once so far but I got more acne and weight gain. Probably moodiness too but it's hard to tell because I got it after I gave birth so there is already enough of that

I had it and after coming off of it, it took 2 years to get regular periods and 3 to finally get pregnant.
